Returns Policy and Exchange Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 .
We understand that online buying can be problematic so we of course are happy to offer a full refund or exchange (if we have the dress in stock!) but we do ask that the items are returned in 28 days in the original condition with the original tags.
We ask that all unwanted items should be returned to us within 28 days of receipt by you.
You also need to include the invoice that you received with your order. On this invoice please state which dress you are returning, if it is for an exchange or refund and the reason for returning. If it is for an exchange, please state which size/colour you would like in return.
Please note: When trying on items of clothing, ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make up or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. It is also advisable to keep a receipt of postage for your records. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. (Please note that returns should not cost more than approx £5.00 for two dresses within the UK)

Once your returned item(s) has been received into our office, we will aim to process your refund/exchange/credit note within 14 working days. Please be aware it can take up to an additional 5 working days for refunds to appear on your bank statement once transaction has taken place. Please be advised that refunds will not be made to a third party, also postage costs will only be refunded if the order was sent incorrectly.
Faulty or wrong item
Although all items are checked thoroughly before dispatch, if the item you received is faulty or incorrect, do not hesitate to return it to us. On the invoice please state which dress you are returning and whether it is incorrect or faulty. Please also state if you would like a refund. If it is not stated that you would like a refund you will be automatically sent the correct item or a replacement for the faulty ones.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. These details include name, address and payment details.
As soon as your order is placed and payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your invoice. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, have inadvertently under-priced goods, or are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
If you realize you have made a mistake in your order once your confirmation email has been received, contact us via email or telephone and we will rectify any errors before dispatching.
Off the Catwalk (Vanessa Horne.co.uk) does not disclose customers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Shipping And Handling
Within the UK
On orders within the UK delivery is free within the UK We do ask that you pay for the returns and we recommend that you send it to signed for recorded delivery
(this should cost no more than £5.00 for up to two dresses)
Sorry but we do not offer free delivery outside the UK and these parcels are variable depending on destination
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary in each country.*Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
All deliveries need to be signed for, please ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. Please note that the option is given at the point of placing your order to have the goods delivered to an alternative address from the invoice address.
The majority of our dresses are in stock at the time you place your order - . Once we have received your order it will be dispatched within 1-4 business days.Occasionally the dress you have ordered may be out of stock and not show as out of stock. In this instance we always endeavour to not accept the payment and notify you as soon as possible.
Credit Card Security We accept payment by credit/debit card and through PayPal. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Consumer Debit, Business Debit, V-Pay & Prepaid credit cards, Commercial Charge & Credit Prepaid Cards.

Cancelling Your Order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Vanessa Horne.co.uk for a full refund. If the goods have already been dispatched to you and you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the company address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt and our standard policies will apply. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If your order has not been dispatched and you have just placed it, you can ring our offices on 07779 219367 and we can cancel the order for you. With all refunds it can take up to 7 days for the transaction to appear on your bank statements.
